Artyfacts Academy is unable to provide refunds for children absent from class. or in the event of venue closure. After School Art Class Artyfacts Art Academy Privacy Policy Updated following the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on May 25th. 2018 By enrolling your child with Artyfacts Art Academy, you agree to write consent to have your/your child’s details stored on our computers, phones, and in our written files and registers. This information is used solely by Artyfacts Art Academy for  Maintaining teachers' awareness of any medical conditions your child may have  For emergency contact details  send you invoices and details about the classes and workshops your child is enrolled in  To send you information on classes, workshops and special events that your child may be interested in attending  Licensing authorities Following the introduction of GDPR, I confirm that Artyfacts Art Academy will store your information for the 12 months after your child leaves the Academy. Artyfacts will retain the information over this period as experience tells us that leaving children often return and many parents wish to continue to receive information about workshops and events. You can withdraw your consent to our storing the information at any point. If we ever need to share any information regarding your child with a third party we will need your permission to do so. This excludes  Sharing information with medical staff in an emergency or with our insurance company if needed.  When we are taking part in art exhibitions or other public events (agreed to at enrolment)  If your information has to be shared with debt recovery agencies due to non-payment of fees, having gained your permission to share information we would then not be responsible for what happens to it as we have no control over any third-party practices.
